I stayed 4 nights in a bungalow with my family. The staff were excellent, especially Francisco. We saw humpback whales while snorkeling and loved relaxing in hammocks on our deck. The pool was peaceful, and we had a private beach to explore. Can't wait to return! 🌴

The cabin was stunning, but the hot water was unreliable during my stay.

Beautiful property with friendly staff and stunning views.
The drive to Drake Bay was extremely rough. a 4x4 is absolutely necessary. We had issues with communication around our dietary restrictions, as certain foods were still included in our meals. Furthermore, the lack of hot water for showers was quite disappointing during our stay.

We had a fabulous time! The snorkeling was thrilling. we saw humpback whales and even stingrays! Dinner was delightful, especially the chicken dishes they customized for us. Just wish the heat wasn’t as stifling since our room lacked AC.

great service , but some maintenance needed
I had an excellent time with the friendly staff, especially Francisco, who made our family feel at home. The guided snorkel tour was fantastic. we saw humpback whales and many other marine creatures. Our cabin had a lovely deck with hammocks, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. An added touch that stood out was the ability of the staff to accommodate my son's picky eating habits, making our dining experiences enjoyable.
However, I noticed some minor maintenance issues in our cabin that could have been addressed.

Family with children paradise
The arrival was an adventure on its own, stepping right into the water from the boat, feels like a movie. The staff carried our bags like we were royalty. The food surprised us every time. I remember a buffet breakfast where my son found Nutella and wouldn't stop talking about it for days!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still totally worth it.

The gorgeous view from our cabin’s balcony was a highlight, complemented by the soothing hammocks and vibrant wildlife, with macaws soaring overhead. Staff were accommodating with my family's dietary needs, crafting delicious meals even for my picky eater. The beach access was a gem, although the journey to it involved some boat transfers that could be cumbersome. Despite the rare maintenance issues, these were minor in comparison to the overall experience.
